A three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex, Terrace Lake View sleeps up to nine guests in total. Located in the resort Moltrasio, 6km from the centre of Como, and just 600m from Lake Como, the apartment is near all the amenities you could need with a small grocery store (for a bigger shop there is a large supermarket 2.6km away) as well as a bar and restaurant positioned just 100m away. The sandy Lido do Moltrasio beach is 600m away and various other beaches are within the surrounding area.
The apartment itself, meanwhile is comprised of two simple double bedrooms and one bedroom (on the lower ground floor) with two bunk beds and a double bed, ideal for kids. The two double bedrooms upstairs both open directly onto the terrace, taking in that amazing scenery. In addition to the bedrooms, there is an open-plan living/dining room that is bright and welcoming and features some classic Italian stylistic touches and some vintage furnishings.
