Zarina is a non-smoking property, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa at all times. The minimum stay required is 7 nights, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 9:00 am. Upon request and subject to the owner's approval, a late arrival may be arranged. A late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm or between midnight and 6:00 am is available for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 1,000 Euro is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival; it will be returned upon departure, less any charges incurred in the event of damage to the property. Electricity consumption is metered and included up to 50 Euro per week, with any amount exceeding this threshold to be paid by guests on site. Heating is available at an additional cost per week, payable on site. A final cleaning fee per week is also payable on site. The main floor features a large and bright living room furnished with elegant sofas, a flat-screen TV with Sky channels including USA and Russian programming, and a BOSE sound system. The dining area and living space both enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
