Casa Leuca offers a comprehensive and thoughtfully curated set of services and conditions to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is required by 10:00 am. Upon prior request and approval by the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm can be arranged for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 1,500 Euro is required upon arrival and will be returned in full at check-out, provided no damage has occurred to the property. Air conditioning is included in the rental price, as is heating upon request, and Internet WiFi is provided throughout the property at no additional cost. A weekly service package is available and covers 3 hours of cleaning on both Tuesday and Thursday, as well as garden maintenance and pool cleaning.
