The property consists of a main house and a small apartment (located a few meters away) obtained from the restoration of an ancient mill (the wooden and iron mill machineries are perfectly preserved inside the house).

Upon arrival you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Villa area with large gardens and meadows in the hinterland of Camaiore, after the famous Badia di San Pietro - the simple, ancient church in Camaiore.
Camaiore is a small, lively town with countless bars, restaurants and small shops. The sea is about 6 to 10km away - depending on where you want to go.
Two cars can be parked at the house, the gate is opened manually.
