Four nice apartments in a farmhouse situated on a large farming estate (30 hectares) with woods, vineyards, horses and “cinta-senese” breeding (kind of pig typical of the area around Siena). This property, offering a total of 4 units, is in quiet and panoramic location and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape. All of the apartments are simply but nicely furnished, in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of 2,3 km.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

The Experience
The house, which is located on the same estate as Le Rondini (also in our program), is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. The pool has a salted water filter system avoiding the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outside are a patio and barbecue grill. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished veranda is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the nice Tuscan weather.
