Each apartment within the estate benefits from direct access to an upper terrace, and all units share a spacious upper patio furnished with elegant garden sofas and tables, offering a sociable yet serene communal space. Please note that the external areas, including the pool, barbecue zone, and terraces, are shared with other guests present in the estate.

Mariuccia 3 is well equipped for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay, with in-unit amenities including a refrigerator, telephone, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave. It is important to note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor, and as a result, the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. From the parking level, approximately 15 steps lead up to the garden. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Upon request and with the prior approval of the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm may be arranged for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 200 Euro is collected upon arrival and returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and heating costs are metered and are to be paid on site based on consumption. A range of additional services is available upon request, including babysitting, cook service, airport or local transfers, extra maid service, and laundry.
