Description
Conveniently located 4 km (2 mi) from Montopoli In Val D'arno, Italy and only 39 km (24 mi) from Pisa. La Capinera is a nice holiday rental (75 sq m) with private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to five guests comfortably in two bedrooms with three bathrooms. If playing a round of golf is important while on vacation, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.
What to Expect
The house, which is located on the same estate as Le Rondini (also in our program), is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. The pool has a salted water filter system avoiding the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area.
After arriving you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five people.
