Villa Paprika operates with a minimum stay of 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day to accommodate guests' travel schedules. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and a late check-in service is offered for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00. Check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00, and an early departure option is also available. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 300 kWh per week, with any exceeding consumption to be settled on site at a rate of 0.50 euros per kWh.
