The menu accommodates vegetarian guests and includes pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad, with bread, water, and wine also provided. No changes to the first-night dinner menu are possible. A basic grocery shopping package is also included, stocked with essentials such as milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, and cereals.
Maid service is included 3 hours on Monday and Wednesday. Bed linens are changed on Saturday, and bath linens are changed on Wednesday and Saturday. Additional maid service is available upon request, as is a daily cleaning package covering 5 days at 3 hours per day. Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.
Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged according to consumption. Heating is also metered and charged separately. A utilities deposit of 500 Euro is required on arrival. A refundable security deposit of 4,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any charges in case of damage to the property.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Late arrivals may be arranged upon request and with the owner's prior approval. Arrivals between 7:00 pm and midnight, as well as arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am, each incur an additional fee. Pets are permitted upon request and subject to the owner's approval, with an applicable weekly fee per pet.
