Villa Milo operates under the following rental conditions to ensure a comfortable and well-organized stay. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required, with a flexible changeover day. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available upon arrangement. Check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A security deposit of 500 euros is required in cash upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges in the event of damages. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per night per person applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, and is to be paid in cash on arrival. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 25 kWh per day, with any exceeding consumption to be settled on site. Rates also include a midweek change of bed linens and bath towels, a weekly change of pool towels, cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours every other day, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot.
