All expenses must be settled in cash prior to departure.
The rental price includes gas, electricity, and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort throughout the villa. Daily cleaning is provided for 4 hours per day, seven days per week, and linen changes are carried out weekly with an additional mid-week change included. An advance shopping service and a standard shopping service are both included, along with porter assistance for all luggage on arrival and departure. Firewood for the fireplaces is also provided as part of the inclusive package.
Heating for the house and pool is available at an additional cost, with pool heating requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days to reach the desired temperature. Additional cleaning staff hours and personal laundry services are available at an extra charge, as are additional linen changes beyond those included. Maid service is included 3 hours on Monday and Wednesday. Bed linens are changed on Saturday, and bath linens are changed on Wednesday and Saturday. Additional maid service is available upon request, as is a daily cleaning package covering 5 days at 3 hours per day. Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.
Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged according to consumption. Heating is also metered and charged separately. A utilities deposit of 500 Euro is required on arrival. A refundable security deposit of 4,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any charges in case of damage to the property.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Late arrivals may be arranged upon request and with the owner's prior approval. Arrivals between 7:00 pm and midnight, as well as arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am, each incur an additional fee.
