This independent villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 elegantly appointed bedrooms and offers 5 bathrooms including 4 full bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The ground floor welcomes you through the spacious furnished terrace into a large reception room featuring a grand living area with a traditional fireplace and expansive windows that frame fabulous views of the garden and Tuscan hills. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and includes a charming fireplace corner, while the adjacent dining room extends over two levels with seating for 12 people. Also on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom furnished with a king size bed, offering direct access to the garden and featuring a private en suite bathroom with shower. A separate toilet and laundry room complete this level. Ascending the staircase from the living room, the first floor features a wide corridor adorned with panoramic windows that flood the space with natural light. The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with valley views and a luxurious private bathroom equipped with double sinks and a bathtub with shower attachment. Three additional double bedrooms are located on this floor, two of which are very spacious and one slightly more intimate, all overlooking either the valley or the garden. Two additional bathrooms with showers serve the remaining bedrooms on the first floor.

Entertainment options include satellite TV, a television, a VCR, and a stereo system with an iPod docking station for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, American coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and a traditional wood burning oven for authentic Tuscan cooking experiences. A dedicated laundry room houses a washing machine for your convenience. The outdoor barbecue area includes a built-in grill perfect for preparing Mediterranean feasts. The traditional fireplaces located in both the living room and kitchen add rustic charm and authentic Tuscan character to the villa, with the kitchen fireplace available for use.
Other Information
Check in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, while check out is required by 10 am. The property is protected by mosquito nets throughout to ensure comfortable evenings. A housekeeper service is provided for 3 hours once a week to maintain the villa during your stay. Room and bathroom linens are provided with weekly changes occurring on Saturdays. Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request. The swimming pool is available for use from 1 May through 31 October and features the option of protective covering to preserve water temperature overnight.

Description
Villa Del Sole is a lovely stone building (280 sq m) with WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in four bedrooms with five bathrooms. Conveniently located 1 km (4276 ft) from Torreone, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 4 km (2 mi) from Cortona.
On site there is a further apartment occasionally used by the owner, which has a separate entrance and garden.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the mountains perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany.
