Check-in at Casa "2 Ulivi" is available from 15:00 to 20:00. Late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 must be arranged in advance. Arrivals between 22:00 and midnight incur an additional charge, while arrivals after midnight and no later than 3:00am are not guaranteed unless previously agreed upon and are subject to a further extra cost. Check-out is by 10:00am. A refundable cash deposit of 400 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure following a property inspection, provided no damage has occurred. Prices include taxes as well as bed and bath linens, with one set provided per person per week. Weekly cleaning is compulsory; for stays exceeding 7 days, an additional weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels is also compulsory. Electricity is included free of charge up to 200 KW per week, with any consumption beyond this threshold charged at 0.40 Euros per KW. Heating via radiators is available for up to 3 hours per day on request and is possible only during the months of March, April, October, and November. Food delivery and firewood are available as optional extras upon request. A city tax of 3.00 Euros per person per day applies to all guests aged 18 years and above. Pets are not permitted on the property. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, and parties are strictly prohibited.
