You can access the property either via a public elevator from street level or by climbing over 250 steps. The elevator is not affiliated with the villa, and schedules along with any applicable fees are determined by the Municipality of Positano. The property is located just a few minutes' walk from the center of Positano, eliminating the need for a car, though valet parking service is available. The villa features a thematic library covering culture, cuisine, nature, and local history to enrich your experience. The dedicated concierge and staff can arrange private boat tours, wine tastings, cooking classes, Vespa excursions, or wellness and relaxation moments within the villa. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace areas. Pets are not allowed at the property. To ensure quality and service standards, external catering is not permitted, and all food and beverage services must be exclusively managed by the in-house staff or approved suppliers of the property. A food allowance is required to be paid in cash upon arrival, and a damage deposit is required by credit card. City tax must be paid in cash locally. All services and extras must be settled locally before departure unless otherwise agreed. The standard rates accommodate 24 guests, with additional capacity available up to a maximum of 27 guests.
