A seating area is positioned just outside the main kitchen, while a dedicated dining area is situated in front of the annex kitchen, only a few steps from the swimming pool. The entire property is enclosed with low walls and wire mesh, ensuring privacy and security for all guests.
The non-heated swimming pool is one of the true highlights of Fonte Pinella. Positioned on one side of the garden and overlooking an open panoramic landscape, it is located approximately 30 m from the main house and 10 m from the annex, reached along a short flight of steps. The pool measures 6 x 12 m, with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 2.50 m, and features Roman steps and a diving board. Lined in PVC with a stone edge, it is equipped with internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The large terracotta-paved solarium surrounding the pool is furnished with sunbeds, tables, umbrellas, and a hot and cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.
