This makes the villa the perfect starting point to visit the beauty of Como Lake, all the services, shops and restaurant are within walking distance.
The villa has a private swimming pool 10x4 mt. depth 1,5 mt. with roman steps to walk in, there is also a Jacuzzi for 6 people and both faces a wonderful lake view! From this area, there is also a direct access to the lake from the villa's private dock, guests can use a rental boat or water-taxis to visit the charming villages of Lake Como as Menaggio, Bellagio and Tremezzo.
The garden has also an equipped area with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy al fresco meals with amazing lake view.

The rental price includes gas, electricity, and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort throughout the villa. Daily cleaning is provided for 4 hours per day, seven days per week, and linen changes are carried out weekly with an additional mid-week change included. An advance shopping service and a standard shopping service are both included, along with porter assistance for all luggage on arrival and departure. Firewood for the fireplaces is also provided as part of the inclusive package.
Heating for the house and pool is available at an additional cost, with pool heating requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days to reach the desired temperature. Additional cleaning staff hours and personal laundry services are available at an extra charge, as are additional linen changes beyond those included. Telephone and fax services are not included in the base price.
A chef and cook service is available, offered as either a half service covering breakfast and lunch or dinner, or a full service covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, contracted by the week. Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible at the following costs:
Between 7.00 pm and Midnight for an extra fee of 100 Euro
Between Midnight and 6.00 am for an extra fee of 100 Euro
Security deposit (Refundable):
Euro 4000.00 that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
