Property Description

Holiday apartment for 6 persons in Versilia on the hills of Massarosa with a wonderful view of the sea and Viareggio, till Pisa and the islands of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
On very clear days you will be able to see Corsica, Elba and Gorgona.
The apartment Panoramico is located about 9.5 km from the sea in a hilly area in a house with two apartments.
This one is on the second floor attic. While the apartment on the first floor and the cellars are not use use, you will have at your disposal the whole garden. You can bring your dog (the garden, however, is not completely fenced).

The outside of the holiday apartment:
You enter through a gate (with remote control), you can park 2-3 cars on the grounds of the house. The entire garden is crossed by a trail that leads up to the secondary entrance.
There is a gazebo for outdoor dining and barbecue.
The garden is illuminated at night.

Interior Description

The external stairs lead to the holiday apartment Panoramico.
Here a small terrace with table gives you a unique panoramic view of the sea, the lake Massaciuccoli till Pisa.
From here you enter the house.
Here you find a large living room with sofa with peninsula, TV with DVD player and sound system 5.1, a beautiful fireplace and the kitchen.

The kitchen has a table extendable up to 8 people, dishwasher, oven, 4 burner gas stove, electric stove, fridge and freezer.

A corridor connects the living room to the 3 double bedrooms, two of which are small and one is large with wardrobe and TV, bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The whole apartment has heating, Internet and in the bedrooms is a sound system controlled from the living room. Italian Television.

From the outside stairs you reach the laundry room with washing machine and shower.
