Beautiful historical villa dating back to the early 20th century situated on the Umbrian hills, approx. 13 km from the town of Perugia away. This villa, surrounded by a large 1-hectare garden, offers tastefully furnished interiors with spacious rooms, a charming library with grand piano and a meeting room (suitable for business meetings too). Outside guests can enjoy use of a furnished garden with private pool and an outbuilding by the pool with kitchen, fireplace and a nice pergola ideal for al-fresco dining.
The villa is on 3 floors which are connected by a lift.
