This beautiful country farmhouse was recently renovated with great care and respect for the building’s original features.
The farmhouse was converted into three comfortable apartments.
All around the magnificent expanse of the Valdichiana with its golden wheat and sunflower fields makes the farmhouse the perfect hideaway for peace and tranquillity.
In the background, perched on the side of a high hill, surrounded by massive walls, rises Cortona, an ancient Etruscan town.
All around the farmhouse lies a fully-fenced garden, shaded by trees and shrubs, featuring a beautiful swimming pool with Roman end steps (36 x 19 feet, 1,65 to 6,50 foot deep) that blends seamlessly with the surrounding fields. The house is tastefully furnished to provide a high level of comfort.
At guests' disposal:
A barbecue facility and a beautiful 36 x 19 foot pool (open from 15 of March to the end of October) with sun loungers and parasols are also available to guests.

La Fratta with food shops and hospital at 0.500 km and Camucia with all kind of shops at 2 km, Cortona at 5 km.

Villa is in a very good shape, 10-15 minutes drive (at speed limit, the local may do it faster) to the village of Cortona, and about 6 minutes drive to the supermarket (Coop). Surroundings of the house are nice and the owner is very friendly.
