A further single room on this level accommodates 1 bed and is served by a private shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor, 2 additional double bedrooms are available, each complete with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as independent air conditioning and forced-air heating. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
