Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/bidet/WC. Exit to the veranda. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Sep. WC. Garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (roofed, fenced). Please note: the rooms on the groundfloor have an exterior entrance. The twin bedroom is furnished has basic simple decor. The lower level is basement.

Price Match
The location of the villa was very good and the view over the sea was beautiful. While the two upstairs bedrooms we used were comfortable the water pressure in the adjoining bathrooms was poor and would take a considerable time to heat up. The downstairs bedrooms were very musty despite leaving the doors open to air them. This persisted for the entire week and did not improve. The outdoors area was very nice for eating out but we were plagued by wasps. As we were a group who liked to cook at home quite often the kitchen was very disappointing as it barely accommodated two people. Therefore, I would recommend using the barbecue for preparing most meals. As we rented the villa at the end of the season it would appear that it had been run down during summer and a number of repairs needed to be done, i.e. the window between the living area and outside was cracked from top to bottom, the door on the fridge was broken and had to be kept closed with a wooden block and a number of pieces of outdoor furniture were broken. This was disappointing considering the cost of the villa. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay but compared to the quality of a property rented elsewhere in Italy the following week I felt that more could have been done to make it an even better experience.
