He was able to provide excellent dining recommendations on the evenings when we felt like going out (both casual dining and fine dining) and he is around to answer other questions you may have. Even though all of the villas were rented while we were there, we never felt that the place was crowded. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. It was a very peacful place to go. If your trip to Tuscany is specifically to visit several of the wineries of the Chianti Classico region, this villa may be a little too far away (30 - 45 minutes by car from most of them).
