2-family house "Bernasconi", 3 storeys, semi-detached, built in 1910. In the centre of Lavena, 20 m from the lake. For shared use: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue, public parking 50 m. Shop, grocery 200 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, sandy beach, outdoor swimming pool 50 m. Golf course 3 km, tennis 50 m. Nearby attractions: Schweiz/Switzerland 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maggiore 20 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The two apartment are divided by a centrail staircase. The second apartment is seldom used by the owner. It is possible to reach the house by car only to load/download.

Very cold house! If rainy or cold, renter will NOT turn on heat.. no matter how cold. Local law says no heat after April 15th, but neighbors say it would have been okay, due to extreme cold. Owner makes no exceptions. Would not recommend this house. Beautiful area! Lavena Ponte Tresa is gorgeous.
