The pool is lined with PVC touch cloth and equipped with a chlorine purification system and internal lighting, and is accessible from the villa via a dedicated staircase. The surrounding solarium area is furnished with a hot tub, which is non-heated, and sun loungers, creating an ideal space for relaxation. Distributed across the pool and garden areas, 3 showers with both cold and hot water are available for your convenience. The large covered patio serves as the central hub of outdoor living, housing a comfortable lounge area and a fully equipped dining area complete with a table and barbecue, positioned conveniently in relation to the kitchen. Parking within the park is reserved exclusively for residents, ensuring a calm and orderly environment.
