Large flowerbeds bursting with diverse plant and flower varieties punctuate the mostly flat terrain, and the southern portion of the park opens toward the sea, offering views that on clear days extend as far as the distant Corsican coastline. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the intensity of flowering and the colour of the garden grass may vary at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated just 20 meters from the villa entrance, accessible via the path in front of the kitchen and down 3 steps. Rectangular in shape and finished with elegant mosaic tiling, it measures 13 x 6.5 meters with a depth ranging from 1 to 3 meters, and is enhanced by a scenic fountain featuring allegorical figures. The pool is equipped with both internal and external lighting, a diving board, and a 4-step access ladder. A hot and cold water outdoor shower is also available in this area. The pool and solarium are open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October.

Direct access to the garage is also available from this level.

The first floor serves as the main entrance level, accessed through the principal entrance door leading into a welcoming hallway. Here you will find a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite bathroom fitted with a hot tub and shower, as well as a guest bathroom. The floor is further distinguished by a grand billiard room adorned with 18th-century boiseries and a double living room with an adjoining study.

The second floor hosts the remaining sleeping quarters, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, and an additional double bedroom served by a bathroom with a bathtub.

The 50-square-meter annex, situated on the ground floor near the pool, comprises a small lounge with a bar counter, a changing room with shower area, and a guest bathroom, functioning as a fully self-contained poolside retreat.

Other Information

The weekly rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations specified in the policy terms.

Pets are welcome at the property; however, a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week. Tourism tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations.
