High-speed Internet WiFi is available throughout the property, while a private driveway gate leads to a shaded parking area for 3 cars near the house, with a second parking area for up to 20 cars located 30 metres away. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces at La Scuderia are among its most remarkable features, offering a seamless blend of leisure, nature, and al fresco entertaining. The centrepiece of the exterior is the swimming pool, irregular in shape and measuring 18 x 8 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 metres to 2.50 metres beneath the diving board. Lined with blue ceramic tiles and equipped with saltwater purification, the pool offers both Roman steps and a metal ladder for access, along with internal and external lighting. The pool is heatable up to 26 degrees and is fitted with a cover to help maintain the water temperature. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding paved sun terrace is furnished with sunbeds, swing sofas, a hot-water shower, a guest toilet, and a bar corner complete with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. An expansive 80 sqm portico serves as the primary outdoor living and dining area, furnished with lounge seating, a dining table, a wood-fired pizza oven, and 2 gas barbecues. Transparent plexiglass panels can be closed around the portico to provide shelter when needed. The landscaped garden of approximately 3,000 sqm is planted with lavender, herbs, flowering plants, maple, and sophora trees, creating a lush and fragrant setting.
