The expansive fenced garden borders directly with the renowned Cann'e Sisa beach, with its crystal-clear sea of a thousand shades of turquoise, and is laid out predominantly as lawn with white-pebble flower beds. An illuminated driveway lined with hedges leads elegantly from the entrance gate to the front door, setting the tone for the refined atmosphere that awaits. The large portico adjacent to the living room provides a generous shaded outdoor dining area, elegantly furnished with tables, chairs, sofas, and armchairs, making it an ideal setting for al fresco meals or leisurely afternoons in the shade. At sunset, with the splendid sea stretching out before you, dining or enjoying an aperitif in this space becomes a truly unforgettable experience.

Villa Sandra benefits from 2 non-heated swimming pools, both available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The first pool is situated approximately 10 metres from the villa in the largest section of the garden. It features a distinctive bean shape, measuring approximately 3 x 8 metres with a variable depth ranging from 0.30 metres to 1.50 metres. It is equipped with salt purification, internal illumination, and a PVC rock-effect lining, with a gentle shoreline-style entrance into the water. The second pool is an above-ground rectangular pool positioned in front of the portico, measuring 2.40 x 1.80 metres with a depth of 1 metre. Lined in PVC and fitted with blue internal spotlights and chlorine purification, this pool offers a front-row view of the sea and evocative sunset panoramas. Surrounding the pool area is a sunbathing zone with sunbeds and tables set on a mantle of green grass, and a cold-water shower is conveniently located nearby. A small terrace accessible via an external staircase, while not equipped with furniture, offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea.

Unit Layout

Villa Sandra is configured to accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed among 3 adjacent units that, while forming a single structure, are not internally connected to one another.

Unit 1 is the largest of the three and is entered through a wide French window that opens into a bright open-plan living and dining area, complete with sofas, a television, and an ornamental fireplace, with direct access to the outdoor portico. A well-equipped kitchen communicates directly with the living space, and a bathroom with shower is also located on this level. A few steps up from the main area, Unit 1 offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

Unit 2 is accessed from a ground floor entrance that leads to a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. A staircase of 11 steps leads up to a double bedroom.

Unit 3 is entered from the rear of the villa and consists of an open-plan kitchenette combined with a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Just outside the entrance to this unit, a charming outdoor corner furnished with small sofas and tables provides a private relaxation space. The laundry area for the property is located outside, beneath the staircase leading to the upper terrace.

Villa Sandra is a property that welcomes guests travelling with pets. An additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from the tourism tax applicable during the relevant period.
