The villa is set within 4 hectares of private grounds, featuring a 2,000 square metre unfenced garden that invites exploration and leisure. A long driveway winds through cultivated fields, leading guests to the house and its surrounding garden. The land is predominantly flat, with a gently sloping area at the rear and a more elevated, hilly section where a whirlpool tub has been thoughtfully positioned beneath the shade of the trees. The property is naturally bordered by trees and hedges characteristic of the Abruzzo countryside, offering a sense of privacy and seclusion. The lawned area gracefully surrounds the swimming pool, which is located just a few metres from the villa. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 12 by 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It features a cement coating with an emerald river effect, chlorine purification, and internal steps in one corner for easy access. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for guests' comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A wooden gazebo equipped with tables and chairs serves as a charming outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco meals. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Villa Ardente accommodates up to 13 guests across 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed over three floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads into a welcoming living area with a lounge, followed by a games room and a large living room furnished with sofas and a television. Also on the ground floor, guests will find a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with direct outside access and an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a dedicated laundry room. The staircase to the upper floors is located at the rear of the dining room. On the first floor, the accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower, and 2 further double bedrooms served by 2 shared bathrooms with shower. One of these bedrooms benefits from direct access to a large terrace, which features an external staircase leading down to the garden. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with its own private terrace, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Air conditioning is available in all 6 double bedrooms throughout the villa.

Utilities including electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, and hot water are included in the rental rate. Weekly linen changes, as well as initial and final cleaning of the property, are also included. The rental rate includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
