A gravel drive leads from the entrance gate to a dedicated parking area for up to 4 cars, ensuring convenient and private vehicle access throughout your stay. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connectivity, and the generous yard surrounding both buildings provides a tranquil natural setting that enhances the sense of retreat and privacy.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Borgo dell'Agrumeto are as carefully considered as the interiors, offering a seamless blend of natural beauty and refined comfort. A 250 sq m lawned terrace is planted with lime, apple, mulberry, persimmon, and prickly pear trees, alongside lavender and rosemary bushes, creating a fragrant and visually rich environment. Each of the 2 independent units is served by its own shaded veranda, complete with a dining area and sitting space, ideal for alfresco meals and relaxed evenings in the open air. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is a half-moon infinity pool, non-heated, situated 30 m from the lamia and 40 m from the trullo. The pool covers approximately 30 sq m, with a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.80 m, and features a cement mortar finish, a saltwater purification system, and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is finished in a sand-effect surface and framed by cork trees and aromatic shrubs, with sunbeds available for placement on the solarium or on the adjacent packed-earth area. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Borgo dell'Agrumeto accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed between 2 fully independent single-storey buildings. The lamia, spanning 90 sq m, features 2 entrances with shuttered French windows and is arranged around a central living area with a sofa and console table, elegantly separated from the kitchen by a bioethanol fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a peninsula and seating. The lamia contains 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with bunk beds, and one double bedroom with a king-size bed. A further bathroom with shower is available within the lamia. All rooms in the lamia benefit from underfloor heating and air conditioning. The Saracen trullo, spanning 45 sq m, is entered through an open-plan kitchen and living area and contains 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, direct garden access via a French window, and a ceiling fan. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living areas of the lamia, as well as in the living areas of the trullo, while the trullo bedroom is served by a ceiling fan.

Guests travelling with pets should be aware that an additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week. In the event that urban waste is not disposed of correctly, an additional charge will be applied at check-out. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning.
