A ping pong table is also positioned on the balcony, adding a playful recreational dimension to the outdoor experience. Adjacent to the pool area, a covered veranda houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a wood oven and hob, a fryer, an ice machine, and generous work surfaces, making al fresco cooking and entertaining an absolute pleasure. A large dining table within the veranda is perfectly suited for poolside meals shared with family or friends.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is a true centerpiece of the property, accessible via a flight of stairs descending from the surrounding balcony. Spanning approximately 110 sq m with a depth that varies from 1.20 to 2.20 m, this generously proportioned pool is lined in PVC and features salt purification, internal and external lighting, and large Roman steps for graceful entry into the water. An internal hydromassage area adds an extra layer of indulgence. The stoneware-paved solarium area, measuring approximately 60 sq m, is furnished with sunbeds, small divans, armchairs, and a stylish umbrella, creating a resort-like atmosphere for sunbathing and unwinding. The outdoor pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may differ from what you encounter upon arrival.

From the dining area, you also access a guest bathroom and the first double bedroom, which benefits from a generous en-suite bathroom with shower, providing privacy and convenience for guests on this level.

A wide staircase ascends to the first floor, where the main sleeping area is arranged along a corridor. Here you will find 3 additional double bedrooms: one enjoys its own en-suite bathroom with shower, while the remaining 2 share a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub.

The same staircase descends to the basement level, which houses the remarkable wellness area. This space features an irregularly shaped indoor swimming pool of approximately 25 sq m with a depth of 1 m, equipped with oxygen purification, large steps for water access, hydromassage, and cascade jets, with the option to heat the pool upon request with 2 days prior notice. The spa is further complemented by a sauna, a shower, and a guest bathroom. A dedicated laundry room is also located on this level.

This check-up is carried out to verify the consistency of the property description, confirm the presence and operational condition of all listed accessories, and guarantee the quality, cleanliness, and comfort expected by every guest.

The use of the indoor SPA, including the sauna, hydromassage shower, and internal heated pool, requires 2 days prior notice. The heated outdoor pool requires 4 days prior notice for activation.

Pets are accepted at the property in small size only. Acceptance must be previously authorized by the owner, who must be informed of the number of animals, their size, and breed before arrival.

The tourism tax amounts to 2 per person per night for the first 7 nights of the stay. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this charge.

The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
