Outdoors

The expansive 2,000 square metre park, accessible through an entrance gate shared with a neighbouring property, is a beautifully landscaped outdoor space dominated by impressive mature trees. The iconic linden trees, from which the property takes its name, create a naturally cool and fragrant canopy of shade along 2 sides of the house, while 2 majestic fir trees stand at the entrance to welcome guests and guide them toward the main door. A collection of cherry trees lines the sides of the property, offering delicate blossoms in spring and abundant fruit in summer, and rosemary bushes add a further layer of sensory richness to the surroundings. A fully equipped pergola, positioned just outside the French window of the living room, is furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas, providing an ideal setting for outdoor dining and relaxed gatherings while overlooking the meadows where horses graze peacefully in the distance.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated at the centre of the garden, just a few metres from the house and easily reached across the lawn. Rectangular in shape and measuring 9 x 3.5 metres, the pool features a depth ranging from 1.20 metres to 1.80 metres, is lined in concrete, and sanitized with chlorine, with a ladder providing easy access to the water. The surrounding sunbathing area is laid with lawn, sheltered on one side by thick vegetation and bordered on the other 2 sides by cherry trees and rosemary bushes, and is equipped with sunbeds and a gazebo for comfortable outdoor relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. For guests who enjoy active outdoor pursuits, 3 mountain bikes are available on the property, ideal for exploring the unpaved roads and trails of the surrounding woodland. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.

Casale dei Tigli is a two-storey farmhouse designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a large and luminous living room divided into 2 distinct areas: a lounge featuring sofas and a fireplace with direct garden access through a French window, and a dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Arranged around this central living space are 3 of the property's bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom complete with both a bathtub and a shower. The second is a double bedroom served by a private bathroom with shower. The third is a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads from the entrance hall to the upper floor, where a loft area houses a study that connects to a fourth double bedroom featuring a divisible bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
