At the heart of the garden, on the same level as the bedrooms, lies the enchanting L-shaped infinity pool, positioned in a panoramic location that makes it one of the most distinctive features of the property. The pool covers a surface area of approximately 50 square meters, with a varying depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.60 meters, and is equipped with a chlorine purification system. Access to the water is provided via large steps set on the short side of the L-shape. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Adjacent to the pool, a 70 square meter sunbathing area is furnished with 10 sunbeds, a gazebo, and a small table, offering the perfect setting for long, leisurely afternoons in the sun. A wooden gazebo, located close to the main entrance, provides a charming space for outdoor dining surrounded by the tranquillity of nature. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Casa di Eolo is thoughtfully arranged across 2 floors and accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The basement floor, accessible via external stairs, features a spacious open-plan living area complete with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a centre island, as well as a guest bathroom. Adjacent to the main entrance, but not directly communicating with the basement level, there is an additional sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, offering a degree of privacy and independence. An internal staircase leads up to the ground floor, which also benefits from a separate entrance and houses 4 double bedrooms along with 3 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. One of the bedrooms on this floor enjoys direct access to the pool and garden, seamlessly connecting the interior living spaces with the beautiful outdoor environment.
