The park is not completely fenced but is equipped with an automatic gate at the entrance, ensuring a comfortable level of privacy and security. From all the rooms on the ground floor, you have direct access to a large, recently constructed porch furnished with a table, chairs, and a relaxing corner with sofas, perfect for enjoying the open air and the breathtaking hilly views that stretch out before you. The non-heated swimming pool is situated on a level below the house and is reached via a small staircase of 6 steps. Rectangular in shape and measuring 5 x 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, the pool features chlorine water purification, a PVC internal coating, and interior lighting for evening swims. It is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool, a wooden solarium area of 65 square metres is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella, and is equipped with a hot outdoor shower, making it an ideal space for long, sun-filled afternoons.
