The expansive garden, stretching across approximately 1,500 square meters, is surrounded by lush vegetation and offers breathtaking views of the rolling hills that define the Pesaro landscape. Facing the porch, a shaded outdoor dining area covered by a canopy provides the perfect setting for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a memorable dinner in the open air. The thoughtful architectural design of the property has allowed for the creation of an elegant non-heated swimming pool complete with a hot tub, which blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Moderately irregular in shape and measuring 9 x 5 meters, with a narrower side of 2 meters and a constant depth of 1.40 meters, the pool is accessed via an internal brick staircase. The water is salt-purified and the pool is lined with PVC, while the surrounding decks are finished in non-slip stoneware. The pool is open to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and is equipped with sun loungers and a beach umbrella for your comfort. Please be aware that photo shoots of the property typically take place in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding areas may vary during your actual stay.

Villa Agave is arranged across 2 levels and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a welcoming dining room complete with a kitchen and satellite TV.
