The rectangular non-heated pool measures 10 x 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, features chlorine purification, and is accessed via a ladder. The solarium area, partly paved and partly laid to lawn, is equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Internal and external lighting allows the pool area to be enjoyed well into the evening hours. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A large furnished portico serves as an outdoor living and dining hub, complete with a brick barbecue, a wood oven, a sink, and generous worktop space. A large dining table positioned under the shade of the canopy makes al fresco meals a pleasure, while a ping-pong table adds a recreational dimension to the outdoor experience. Adjacent to the main entrance, a newly built spa with large windows overlooking the lemon groves offers a more indulgent form of relaxation. The spa features a heated 4-seater whirlpool tub, a 2-seater Finnish sauna, an emotional shower, and a relaxation area with chaise longues, accessible from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm for 3 consecutive hours with 24 hours' notice. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open living and dining area featuring a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa positioned in front of a working fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is crafted in traditional Sicilian brickwork, complete with majolica tiles and a beautiful stone worktop, with a pantry to the side housing the dishwasher. The sleeping quarters are separated from the living area by a large stone arch and a corridor reached up 2 steps. This section of the villa contains 2 double bedrooms, one of which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds served by a further bathroom with shower. The annex, accessible from the outside, comprises a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, in which the washing machine is also located.
