Guests benefit from Wi-Fi internet connectivity throughout their stay, as well as a dedicated 3-car parking area located at the entrance to the property, immediately after the gate. The outdoor spaces of Ripari di Giobbe are among its most remarkable features, offering a seamless connection between the villa and the surrounding natural landscape. A large panoramic terrace runs along the perimeter of the villa at the first floor level, providing direct access from each of the bedrooms and offering sweeping views over the sea and the distant mountain ranges. Small seating areas are thoughtfully arranged along this terrace, inviting guests to pause and absorb the extraordinary scenery at any time of day. At the front of the villa, a spacious portico accessible directly from the kitchen serves as an elegantly furnished outdoor living and dining area, complete with a brick-built barbecue ideal for enjoying splendid al fresco dinners in a panoramic and enchanting setting. The park surrounding the villa is completely fenced and characterized by tall maritime pines typical of Mediterranean scrub, as well as the inebriating fragrance of magnolia and broom, creating a lush and sensory-rich environment. In a secluded area of the property, reached by descending a few stone steps, lies a beautiful non-heated swimming pool set at a lower level with respect to the villa and surrounded by greenery. The rectangular pool measures 10 x 5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.50 metres. Lined in PVC, it features chlorine purification, a ladder for water access, and internal lighting. The 200 square metre sunbathing area surrounding the pool is fully equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, 2 umbrellas, and a cold-water shower. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Guests are kindly reminded that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.
