The estate has been lovingly restored using materials crafted by local artisans, including terracotta-tiled floors, a fireplace, and an external portico fashioned from local stone. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool situated at the top of the hill, providing a spectacular vantage point over the lake. The private yard of 110 sqm, beautifully maintained and entirely on one level, is bordered by scented flowers and offers a serene outdoor retreat. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this apartment are a true highlight of the stay. The private garden of 110 sqm is entirely on one level, carefully maintained, and bordered by fragrant flowering plants. A charming porch, located just outside the living area, is furnished with sofas, a bench, a side table, and a beautiful ceramic table with chairs, making it the ideal setting for alfresco dining while taking in the sweeping views of Lake Garda. From the main common gate, an upward avenue paved with stones and flanked by ancient cypress trees and palms leads to the top of the hill and directly to the apartment. The common park features pleasant walking paths through the surrounding countryside, inviting guests to enjoy peaceful strolls in nature. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.

The shared swimming pool, non-heated, is located at the summit of the hill approximately 120 metres from the apartment, reachable via an uphill stone path and a series of steps. The pool measures 18 x 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.65 metres, is lined with tiles, and is equipped with an aluminium ladder for water access. The surrounding solarium area is finished in terracotta tiles and grass and is furnished with sun loungers and a table. The pool is illuminated both internally and externally, and green areas planted with olive trees provide shaded spots for relaxation. The pool is open from the first Saturday of May until the first Saturday of October.

Unit Layout

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and benefits from 2 private entrances: one accessed through the common area of the estate, and a second exclusive private entrance consisting of a small gate that leads directly to the porch and the private garden. The property accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering a well-balanced and thoughtfully arranged living space. Upon entering through the front door, guests walk directly into a spacious living and dining room. To the left, a double bedroom is accompanied by a bathroom fitted with a shower. To the right of the living and dining area, a twin bedroom is served by a bathroom with a bathtub. A corridor from the living area leads to the kitchen and to a further double bedroom, which also features an additional single sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living and dining room, the kitchen, and the double bedroom with private bathroom all feature French windows that open directly onto the private garden. Every room in the apartment enjoys an enchanting view over Lake Garda.
