The grounds of Podere di Fi are a true celebration of the natural landscape, offering a series of thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces that invite guests to slow down and savour the surroundings. The 3-hectare park is home to a magnificent variety of mature trees, where towering specimens alternate with fruit-bearing varieties including cherry, apricot, pomegranate, almond, and fig trees. From within the park, the views extend dramatically from the Sibillini Mountains all the way to the Adriatic Sea, creating a panorama of extraordinary depth and beauty. Several relaxation areas are distributed throughout the garden, each offering a distinct atmosphere suited to rest, conversation, or quiet contemplation. A few metres from the main house, an antique terracotta-paved pergola serves as an elegant outdoor dining and conversation area, perfectly suited for long summer evenings. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the appearance of the garden, including the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass, may differ from what you will find upon your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 6 x 11 metres with a depth ranging from 1.10 metres to 4.5 metres, and is equipped with a diving board. Situated approximately 60 metres from the main house, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium area is generously furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs, and armchairs, providing ample space for sunbathing and relaxation. A gazebo and a small brick structure complete this area, the latter housing a bathroom with shower and a porch equipped with a stereo system with external sound diffusion and a satellite TV connection point.

Podere di Fi is configured across 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main entrance on the ground floor opens directly into the living room, which serves as the welcoming heart of the home. Also located on this level are a toilet, a games room, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoors. The first floor is accessible via both an internal staircase, which opens directly into a reading room, and an external staircase. This upper level is home to 4 double bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Weekly linen changes are included in the rental price, along with both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The property participates in the Zer0Dep Guarantee programme, meaning that no security deposit is required either upon payment of the balance or upon arrival. This programme also includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Pets are welcome at Podere di Fi, with a mandatory additional cleaning fee applicable per animal per week, to be settled directly on site. A tourist tax may also be applicable depending on current local regulations. Utilities including electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use are all included in the rental price.
