The park surrounding Villa Lemura is a true sanctuary of natural beauty, spreading across approximately 2 acres of carefully maintained grounds that unfold across several terraced levels. Beautiful oleanders frame portions of the main house, while roses, lavender, tall cedars of Lebanon, cypresses, pines, and fruit trees contribute to the rich tapestry of scents and colours that characterise the estate throughout the warmer months. To the left of the entrance gate, a well-kept Italian garden leads gracefully to the entrance of a consecrated chapel, offering a moment of quiet contemplation within the grounds. Directly opposite the Italian garden, an attractive and cool gazebo connects to a second outdoor kitchen and provides an ideal setting for alfresco dining in the shade. Throughout the park, numerous shaded corners invite guests to read, relax, and enjoy the peaceful Umbrian atmosphere. It is worth noting that photographs of the property are taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what is visible upon arrival at different times of the season. The rectangular non-heated swimming pool is positioned within the park at the rear of the house, approximately 100 metres from the main entrance, set on a lower terrace level and entirely surrounded by lush greenery with views over the gentle Umbrian hills. Measuring 6 x 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.60 metres, the pool features Roman steps leading into the water, white PVC lining, internal lighting, and a chlorine purification system. The spacious solarium area is composed of both stone and lawn surfaces and is fully equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, and an outdoor cold water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

To the left of the hall, guests will find a sitting room, a TV room, and 2 double bedrooms: one featuring an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other served by an adjacent bathroom with shower. To the right of the hall, the ground floor continues with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a toilet, and a suite comprising a double bedroom with a bathroom fitted with a bathtub, along with an additional room containing 2 beds. The impressive stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where a large and elegantly appointed central living room takes centre stage, complemented by a sitting room and a reading room. A spacious terrace is also accessible from this level. The first floor accommodates 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a twin bedroom with beds measuring 1.20 metres in width and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a suite consisting of a sitting room, a twin bedroom that shares a bathroom with an adjoining double bedroom, and a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub. Portable air conditioning units are available in the bedrooms.

The villa benefits from the inclusion of utilities such as water, gas for kitchen use, and electricity within the rental price, along with park and pool maintenance. Midweek cleaning is provided for 3 hours on both Tuesday and Thursday, and weekly linen changes, as well as initial and final cleaning, are included. The property also includes a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
