Located just a few kilometres from the award-winning beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and within easy reach of the most celebrated Baroque towns in the region, this private villa in Ispica offers a rare combination of natural beauty, architectural charm, and refined comfort. The property is set within a generous 1,500 square metre park that envelops the villa in lush greenery, providing a sense of seclusion and tranquillity. A dedicated parking area at the front of the grounds accommodates up to 3 small or medium-sized vehicles, ensuring convenience from the moment of your arrival. The interiors have been furnished with exceptional attention to detail, blending light colours and an unusual yet cohesive style that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere unlike any ordinary holiday home.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Ferradina are among its most captivating features, designed to make the most of Sicily's generous climate and natural light. The 1,500 square metre park surrounds the property on all sides, with a beautifully maintained lawn area that leads naturally toward the swimming pool. Two verandas, each furnished with tables and chairs, provide ideal settings for outdoor dining, relaxed breakfasts, or evening gatherings under the open sky. A dedicated area has also been set up specifically for preparing outdoor meals, adding a convivial and authentic touch to your stay. The non-heated swimming pool is positioned directly in front of the house and measures 10 by 5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 metres. It is lined in PVC and maintained with chlorine purification, with water access available via a steel ladder or Roman steps. Adjacent to the pool, a 50 square metre solarium area is equipped with 6 sunbeds and an umbrella, offering the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Sicilian sun. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that the property photographs were taken in spring, meaning that flower blossoming and the colour of the garden grass may appear different upon your arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Ferradina is thoughtfully arranged on a single floor and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Continuing through the kitchen, you enter the living room, which features a queen-size sofa bed and opens onto the porch overlooking the swimming pool, making it a bright and inviting space for relaxation. A corridor leading from the living room connects to the 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers, as well as the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is configured as a double room, while the second features twin beds that can be joined together to form a double upon request, offering flexibility to suit different guest arrangements.
