This part of the farmhouse, where the owners also live, offers three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious, welcoming interiors, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The owners will be happy to welcome you with warmth and discretion, offering assistance, local recommendations or simply a pleasant chat.
Outside, a large green area surrounded by nature invites you to relax and enjoy a slower pace of life. Guests have access to two gazebos with tables, chairs and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner outdoors, as well as a private parking space.
The true jewel of the property is the private swimming pool (9.5 x 4 m, depth 1.20 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), fully fenced and surrounded by majestic olive trees, with breathtaking views stretching across the fields of the Valdichiana. It is the perfect place to cool off, read a book or enjoy an aperitif at sunset, immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape.
Just 8 km away, Cortona offers all the charm of a town rich in history, art and traditions, with renowned restaurants and all the services you may need for a pleasant stay. Only 1.5 km away, in the small village of Fratticiola, you will also find a local grocery shop.
At Gli Ulivi, you can slow down, breathe in the fresh country air and let yourself be captivated by the colours, scents and peaceful silence of Tuscany, enjoying an authentic and truly memorable stay.

Interior Description

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance from the covered porch into a spacious and bright living room with dining table, sofas and TV. Fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with French doors leading to an outdoor gazebo equipped for al fresco dining, and bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Accessed via an internal staircase, the first floor features a double bedroom and a double bedroom with an additional single bed, with access to a panoramic terrace. Bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and fans.
AMENITIES:
- Refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Moka pot, drip coffee maker, citrus juicer, espresso machine and electric whisk
- TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection
- Iron and ironing board, high chair, washing machine, 4 fans, hairdryer and mosquito screens in the bedrooms

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each one per day.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for stove Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay. 
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away
