The ground floor opens onto a spacious and luminous living area facing the pool, furnished with comfortable sofas that include a convertible double sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. This welcoming space also features a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso coffee maker and additional appliances. An external staircase connects the ground floor to the upper level, where the 3 dedicated bedrooms are located. 2 of these rooms are furnished with double beds, while the third is appointed with 2 single beds that can be joined together upon request. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is required by 10:00 am. Late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 are subject to an additional fee of Euro 50.00, while arrivals between 22:00 and 24:00 incur a surcharge of Euro 80.00. Arrivals after 24:00 are not permitted. A refundable security deposit of Euro 500.00 is required, along with a 40% deposit upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
