A lovely example of Apulian architecture, the modern building was made skilfully by local master craftspeople on a lush oasis that spreads out for a hectare around the property. While the villa is certainly a prime destination for a little bit of la dolce far niente during a vacation in Italy, it is also perfectly located for getting out and seeing Apulia. Just a few kilometres from the coast and from Ostuni, Lacorte di Ninetta is ideal for both peace and quiet and easy access to the restaurants, shops, and other amenities of the White City and for days by the seaside. Other key destinations in the region are within easy day-trip distance of the villa as well: the historic port city of Brindisi is 37km (23 miles) away, Alberobello and her pretty whitewashed buildings and traditional trulli structures is 53km (33 miles) away, the famously pretty coastal town of Polignano a Mare is 55km (34 miles) away, Lecce with her stunning Baroque gems is 74km (46 miles) away, and the regional capital of Bari is 95km (59 miles) away. So, if you do want to get out and about, you’ll have no shortage of things to see and do!
If you’re staying at home, meanwhile, you can enjoy relaxing in the lovely leisure spaces outside, dining and reading and sipping great glasses of local wines al fresco. When it gets warm, you can take a dip in the private saltwater swimming pool (no chlorine used here!) before drying off on one of the surrounding sun loungers, working on your tan or taking shade under one of the parasols. An outdoor shower is located to the side of the pool for your convenience.

Inside the villa itself, you will find bright, welcoming rooms with ample space that have been finished to a very high standard. Quirky works of art and unique decorative touches add a bohemian charm and visual interest while the luxurious bathrooms, crisp linens, attention to detail, abundance of mod-cons, and modern fittings ensure your comfort and convenience. The aforementioned lovely porch area is located just off the open-plan living space. Here you will find a white modern kitchen with pops of colour in a lamp, a blue sideboard, and other details. When it comes to amenities, you have everything you could need, including an oven and microwave, a separate stove top, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a fridge-freezer. In front of this area there is a dining table seating all six guests and next to this is the cosy living space with sofas, a television, and a fireplace. In the porch, there is also a traditional wood-fire oven where you can learn to cook authentic Italian pizza, bread, and more in the cooking lessons.
The three bedrooms are all double en suite rooms, all of which have air-conditioning and open out onto the gardens directly. Two of the bedrooms also have televisions and the largest bedroom has a desk. Plush, simple, and restful, these spaces act as a perfect refuge in which to relax and unwind after days of exploring the region or simply to return to for a good sleep even if you have been hanging out by the pool all day. A fourth bathroom at the villa contains a washing machine and a dryer for your further convenience and comfort.
