A late check-in option is available from 20:00 until 24:00, subject to prior agreement and payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 150 kWh per week, with any usage exceeding this threshold subject to an additional charge per kWh.
