Firewood is not included. The minimum stay is 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day except during the period from 20/06 to 28/08, when changeover is from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include kitchen gas, water, electricity up to 250 kwh (with an extra charge of 0.30 euros per kwh for consumption exceeding 250 kwh), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, and a midweek cleaning service covering the bedrooms and bathroom for 3 hours. A welcome basket featuring local items is provided, and a cot is included at no additional charge. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 8 nights, payable in cash upon arrival. Pets are not permitted at the property.
