A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is payable upon arrival and will be returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage. The rental rates are inclusive of a welcome breakfast basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with a change of bed linen and bath towels after 3 days of stay, and a final cleaning service. City tax is applicable at 4 euros per person per day for guests aged 18 and above, for stays of up to one week.
