Check-in at Mulberry House is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. A late check-in arrangement is available for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00, subject to prior arrangement with the management. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of a comprehensive range of services and utilities, covering kitchen gas, water, electricity, air conditioning and heating, a final cleaning service, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a mid-week change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning session of 3 hours, a cot, and a welcome basket containing breakfast items. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights during the period from 01/04 to 30/11, payable in cash upon arrival. Please be aware that pets are not permitted at the property. The management team is available via an emergency contact number, which will be provided at the time of check-in.
