Villa Angel operates with a set of clear and straightforward rental guidelines designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A late check-in arranged after 21:00 is subject to an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 3,500 euros, payable in cash upon arrival, is required and will be returned at the time of departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage. The minimum stay at the property is 3 nights. Pets are not permitted at the villa. Should the house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances involved.

For weekly and 5-day rentals, the arrangement includes a full change of bed, bathroom, and pool linens at check-in, a change of bathroom and pool linens twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 4 hours of cleaning twice per week covering the bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, and dining room on those same days. For rentals of any length, cleaning and tidying of the roof terrace, solarium, and pool area with garden is included as standard. A compulsory cleaning fee applies, covering the twice-weekly sessions and a final clean. 1 change of bed linens and bath and pool towels per week is included in the rental price. A cot is available upon request for an additional charge per stay. City tax of 4 euros per person per day applies to all guests aged 18 and over. Electricity and gas are charged upon consumption. Although the villa is equipped with an ADSL connection and 4 Wi-Fi repeaters, please be aware that due to the characteristics of the area and the local infrastructure, internet connectivity may at times be subject to slowdowns, which can on occasion be significant. A 24-hour, 7-day-a-week emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is on hand to offer assistance and personalised recommendations for excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and a wide range of other activities throughout your stay.
