The open kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, and freezer, and includes a dining table and heating stove. From this level, you have direct access to the garden, balcony, and terrace. A shower and WC are also available on this floor. On the upper floor, you will discover the sleeping quarters consisting of three bedrooms. The first room contains 1 double bed measuring 1 x 160 cm with a length of 200 cm and features its own shower, with exit to the balcony. The second room offers 1 double bed measuring 1 x 180 cm with a length of 200 cm. The third room has 1 bed measuring 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. An additional shower and WC are located on the upper floor. The property features a large terrace of 20 m2, another large terrace of 40 m2, and a private patio, all offering very beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and the valley.
