Outdoors

The infinity pool measures 6 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters and is available from early April until 31st October. The pool area is thoughtfully equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower, all positioned to maximize the spectacular views of the sea, the Galli islands and the Gulf of Salerno. The private garden surrounds the villa with a lush collection of olive trees, carob trees, lemon trees and ornamental plants, all lovingly maintained to create a serene natural environment. Within the garden, you will find a ping-pong table for recreational enjoyment. The first private terrace is paved with typical Massa stone and shaded by a distinctive wisteria pergola, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This terrace features an outdoor kitchen built with local stone, complete with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven that may only be used under the supervision of a pizza maker. From this vantage point, you can appreciate sweeping sea views. On the first floor, the second terrace spans approximately 25 square meters and is covered by a bamboo pergola, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, offering another splendid viewpoint over the coastal waters. A dedicated laundry area contains a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board for your convenience.

The kitchen on this level is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and includes a dining table for 6 people, also opening through a French window to the terrace with sea view. The first bedroom on the ground floor contains a queen size bed that can be converted into two single beds on request and includes a TV, with access from the corridor. The first bathroom on this floor contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer, accessed from the corridor. On the first floor, the second bedroom features a queen size bed that can become two single beds on request and a TV, with access through a French window onto the second terrace offering sea views. The third bedroom, also on the first floor, is similarly furnished with a queen size bed convertible to two single beds on request and a TV, opening through a French window to the second terrace with its coastal panorama. The second bathroom on the first floor contains a sink, toilet, bidet, jacuzzi and hairdryer, with access from the corridor.

There are no steps between the parking area and the villa entrance, ensuring easy access. A vehicle is necessary for a comfortable stay at Villa Sant'Agata. The closest restaurant and grocery store are located just 1.5 km away, while the SITA bus stop with services running between Sant'Agata, Massa Lubrense and Sorrento is 800 meters from the property.
